1.5" Dredge Highbanker Combo
The 1.5" combo is the smallest of all the "powered" Proline equipment. Don't let its size fool you. This little machine has benefited from the same level of testing and development as our larger combos, and is manufactured with a much higher level of craftsmanship than is normally found on equipment of this size.
Like all Proline dual-purpose machines, the 1.5" relies on a power jet for providing the powerful suction required for dredging. This makes it very unique in a market, which in years past was dominated by the suction nozzle powered combos. Our design has proven to be superior to the suction nozzles in almost all cases, and eliminates the problems associated with using them as well, allowing the 1.5" to process in excess of one cubic yard of material per hour as a dredge.
The highbanker is equipped with a large hopper and a spray manifold with two, twin-row spray bars to ensure adequate washing of bank run material. Continuous feeding with a large hand trowel or small shovel is easily handled with the 1.5" combo. The removable grizzley allows for easy inspection for gold on the classifier and "V" ribbed matting, making it ideal when sampling different areas.
The Proline 1.5" combo is, without a doubt, the strongest of its size on the market. The aircraft grade aluminum sluice box is fully welded, and bolts to the sturdy welded steel stand with four adjustable legs for uneven terrain. Two rolls of 1" layflat hose are supplied. The 8 foot length supplies water from the pump to the power jet when dredging, and the 20 foot length provides the highbanker with plenty of distance from your water supply.
Some other standard features on the 1.5" include "Nomad" matting, a rod for clearing rock jams when dredging, and detailed instructions. With features like these in an affordable and lightweight package, how can you go wrong?
